設備主要分為四個單元：入料單元、視覺檢測單元、不良品剔除單元、出料單元。

視覺檢測單元根據產品大小采用多套視覺處理系統對產品瓶口圓度、瓶口破損、瓶身黑點、瓶身臟污、瓶底漏洞、瓶底黑點進行*的檢測。

檢測設備可與生產設備連接，對每個產品逐一檢測，優化生產工藝，提高檢測效率和準確性降低企業人力成本。

The equipment is mainly divided into 4 units: feeding unit, vision detection unit, defective product removing unit and discharging unit.
The vision detection unit adopts several units of vision detection system according to the product size to carry out full range detec-tion on the cap roundness, damage on the cap, black dot or dirt on the bottle, leak or black dot on the bottle bottom.
