GKF潔凈型臥式刮刀卸料離心機是連續運轉、批處理操作的過濾式離心機，結構和系統設計符合制藥行業中的GMP要求，批處理循環時間短，處理量大，并可獲得較好的過濾(濾餅含水率低)和洗滌效果。離心機主要性能和用途為:
隔墻式安裝形式設計，工作區域與機座、傳動、液壓、潤滑等結構裝置*隔離;獨立式液壓系統和潤滑系統;配置全自動在線監測的氧氣保護系統:在線清洗系統:氣體反吹式殘余濾餅去除裝置;在線滅菌系統;PLC 可編程控制、變頻調速電阻式能耗制動等。
離心機操作過程中的進料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料及濾布再生、在線清洗、在線滅菌、氮氣保護等過程按預先設定的程序運行。控制方式為全自動控制，也可脫機手動操作。

全密閉、潔凈型結構設計，符合GMP規范要求，滿足藥品、食品的衛生要求。
隔墻式結構設計，電機傳動、液壓潤滑等動力系統與轉鼓、機殼進出料裝置等，生產區通過機座面板與墻體的柔性連接，*隔斷。采用PLC控制，按預定程序自動運行。觸摸屏操作、可實現人機對話，操作維護方便。
執行元件采用電-氣-液自動控制進料分離、洗滌脫水甩干、卸料、殘余濾餅去除在線清洗、在線滅菌等全過程監控。
機殼為整體大翻蓋形式，便于對轉鼓及工作區域全部部件進行*清洗;快開式液壓鎖緊結構，操作方便可靠。
采用變頻控制，轉鼓速度無級可調。可按要求設定進料、分案
洗滌、脫水、卸料、殘余濾餅吹掃等工藝速度。
液態阻尼式隔振裝置，無需浮動平臺，機器運轉平穩。
雙重主軸密封結構設計，確保潔凈區不被潤滑油及其它污染物污染。所有密封件均采用氟橡膠和硅橡膠等。
完善的多重安全保護系統，轉速監控，過振動保護，開蓋保護電機過熱過載保護，門蓋鎖緊電-液聯鎖保護、刮刀限位保護、主軸承溫升保護、潤滑斷油保護等裝置保證離心機的安全運行。
離心機潔凈區采用優質不銹鋼制造與物料接觸部分表面高等級鏡面拋光，符合耐腐蝕和衛生要求。
氣體反吹裝置可在刮料時輔助刮刀卸料有效去除殘余濾餅層。在線清洗系統，在離心機中內外表面，轉鼓底卸料斗門蓋等部位設置多個噴淋球，可在線對工作區內部進行沖洗，達到工藝上的潔凈度要求。
全自動在線監測的氮氣保護系統，確保離心機始終在惰性氣體的正壓下工作，必要時可配置在線氧量分析儀，以實現防爆要求的目的。
可配置在線滅菌裝置(VHP)，對離心機內腔及管路進行在線滅菌。
