套標(biāo)機(jī)的刀盤(pán)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)理念:
1、要使套標(biāo)機(jī)速度達(dá)到400bpm以上,每0.15秒就要完成一次套標(biāo)循環(huán)的動(dòng)作,下標(biāo)與切標(biāo)電機(jī)必須頻繁起停,定位精準(zhǔn)。
2、切標(biāo)電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)帶動(dòng)刀盤(pán)旋轉(zhuǎn)一周完成切標(biāo)動(dòng)作,切標(biāo)電機(jī)的定位不準(zhǔn)會(huì)使刀盤(pán)過(guò)沖,最終導(dǎo)致刀盤(pán)堵標(biāo)。
以上兩點(diǎn)是設(shè)計(jì)刀盤(pán)時(shí)必須要注意的點(diǎn):要想刀盤(pán)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)必須要考慮到刀盤(pán)裝刀數(shù)量。設(shè)計(jì)一般刀盤(pán)我們都是以四把刀,六把刀為例。
例如四把刀的刀盤(pán):
四把刀相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單一點(diǎn),安裝和調(diào)試都比較簡(jiǎn)單。它是由四個(gè)軸承安裝座連接著四根軸,軸上鎖定同步輪然后呢有一條同步帶,四個(gè)軸承安裝座都安裝在一塊大板上,都是對(duì)角等分安裝的。當(dāng)然安裝的距離都是由設(shè)計(jì)師按產(chǎn)品的大小高低而定的。同步帶把四個(gè)同步輪連在一起,四個(gè)同步輪的大小要一樣大。當(dāng)然,旋轉(zhuǎn)四個(gè)同步輪模擬動(dòng)作的時(shí)候要把刀片裝上去模擬,刀片一定不能碰到邊上的的零件。
這里跟大家說(shuō)一下要注意的地方,就是軸承座與軸配合要緊配,一般公差不能偏出0.01mm,否則配合太松會(huì)導(dǎo)致高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候,容易出現(xiàn)機(jī)械故障,切標(biāo)不準(zhǔn)等等的原因。

The four knives are relatively simple, and installation and commissioning are relatively simple. It is connected to four shafts by four bearing mounts. The synchronous wheel is locked on the shaft and then there is a synchronous belt. The four bearing mounts are all mounted on a large plate and are installed equally and diagonally. Of course, the installation distance is determined by the designer according to the size of the product. The timing belt connects the four synchronization wheels together, and the four synchronization wheels must be the same size. Of course, when the four synchronous wheels are rotated to simulate the action, the blade must be installed to simulate, and the blade must not touch the parts on the side.
Here I want to tell you what to pay attention to, that is, the bearing seat and the shaft must be tightly matched, and the general tolerance must not deviate from 0.01mm, otherwise the too loose fit will cause high-speed operation, prone to mechanical failure, inaccurate cutting, etc the reason.
