設備特點
1、 高溫短時殺菌。一臺殺菌鍋完成殺菌后，直接將高溫水注入另一臺準督好的殺菌鍋中，兩副交普使 用，升溫迅速，工作效率高；
2、 節約能源。在殺菌過程直接使用另一臺鍋的高溫熱水，節省能源、時間及人力，降低了生產成本；
3、 熱分布均勻。采用大流■循環水浴式殺菌，無溫度冷點，熱分布均勻，產品質■、品質得到保證；
4、 PLC觸摸屏全自動控制，溫度壓力控制精度高，人機界面友好，操作方便，功能完備：
5、 針對軟包裝產品，特別是大塊包裝，熱穿透速度快，殺菌效果好；
6、 整個殺菌過程嚴格按照預先設定的工藝配方自動完成，杜絕人為誤操作的可能性；
7、 配備■電安全連鎖裝置，可有效的防止誤操作，避免事故的發生。
RANGE OF APPLICATION
Applicable to all kinds of heat-resistant packaging materials:
1. Plastic container: PP bottle, HDPE bottle.
2. Soft bag packing: aluminum foil bag, transparent bag, vacuum bag, high temperature cooking bags etc.
3. Tin cans, aluminum cans and glass bottles.
THE CHARACTERISTICS OF EQUIPMENT
1. Sterilization at high temperature and short term. After sterilization of a sterilization pan, it directly infuses the high temperature water into another prepared bactericidal pot. The two POTS are used alternately, heating up rapidly and working efficiently.
2. Energy conservation. In the process of sterilization, direct use of the hot water of another pot, which saves energy, time and manpower, and reduces the production cost.
3. Uniform heat distribution. Adopt large flow circulating water bath sterilization, no temperature and cold point, uniform heat distribution, product quality and quality assurance;
4. PLC touch screen full automatic control, high temperature pressure control, friendly interface, convenient operation and complete function ；
5. For soft packaging products, ©specially bulk packaging, the heat penetration rate is fast and the sterilization effect is good ；
6. The whole process of sterilization shall be completed in strict accordance with the predetermined technological formulation, and the possibility of human error shall be eliminated.
7. Equipped with the gas and electric safety chain device, can effectively prevent misoperation and avoid the occurrence of accidents.
